Bethany DeLange MS, LMFT
I’m a Systems Therapist. My joy is helping people connect with themselves and the ones they love.
A therapist who is trained and passionate about systems is simply a therapist who knows that none of us experience life in a bubble. The families we were born into, the families we are creating, the communities we are a part of, and the relationships we’ve had now and in the past are all systems and all play a part in the way we experience and make sense of life.
When we go through seasons of pain and struggle, feel stuck, anxious or like we are having a hard time enjoying our lives and relationships, it may be a prompt that therapy could be helpful in getting you back on track.
My training and years of experience have taught me how mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual parts of our lives all work together and are all equally important to address when working towards healing.
I love working with those in “helping” professions or anyone who needs to better understand how to set boundaries and explore how patterns and stories told about themselves may be holding them back. I find it especially rewarding to work with people who feel their once happy relationship is now disconnected, contentious or lonely.
Those who sometimes feel like past experiences, traumatic or otherwise, may be impacting their lives today in ways that make it seem as though they will never fully be able to put the past in the past, may find EMDR sessions with me particularly helpful.
If you’re looking for someone warm and compassionate with a sense of humor and commitment to your care, I would love the opportunity to help you learn about yourself, your relationships, and how to live a life that is more authentically yours.
